How do I find workouts to accompany my machine?

Each machine comes with their own unique workout DVDs or workouts on-demand. Additionally, you will receive a full-color workout wall chart with each machine. We also have a variety of workout DVDs that are sold separately.

I live in a small apartment. How can I store an AeroPilates® machine?

Most of our machines are equipped with a foldable frame and wheels, so you can easily fold up your machine and store it out of the way!
